Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Consultation Appointments: Scheduling: All consultations, whether Standard or Premium, must be booked through our online scheduling platform. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. Payment: Payment for consultations is required at the time of booking. You may choose between various payment methods, including PayPal, credit/debit card, or other available gateways. Lead Time: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the availability of our consultants. For urgent consultations, please contact our support team directly. CRM and Software Services: Subscription Sign-Up: Upon selecting your preferred CRM package (Basic, Advanced, Premium, Top-Tier, or Enterprise), you will be prompted to complete the payment and agree to the terms of service. Setup Appointments: If your package includes a setup consultation or onboarding session, you will receive an email to schedule your setup appointment within 48 hours of completing your purchase. Changes to Bookings: You can modify your booking (time, date, or service type) up to 12 hours before your scheduled consultation. After this period, modifications will not be accepted. Cancellation Policy Consultation Services: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This is to compensate our consultants for their reserved time. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without prior cancellation will result in the full charge for the service. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. CRM and Software Subscriptions: Cancellation of Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your access to the services will continue until the end of the cycle. No prorated refunds will be given for cancellations made mid-cycle. Refunds for Services: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds for CRM and software subscriptions will only be issued within the first 7 days of signing up. After this grace period, no refunds will be provided.
